The Respir complex is designed to be used in your diffuser (electric or clay beads). It contains a selection of gentle, non-irritating essential oils that are beneficial for the respiratory system. They purify the atmosphere and, like a walk in the forest, make you more alert and joyful. Ingredients: Balsam fir, white cedar, white spruce, black spruce, red pine and yarrow Aromatherapy properties: Mucolytic, expectorant, antiseptic, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory. Indications: Cold and flu, asthma, allergies.

 USES:

Therapeutic applications In dry inhalation: minor respiratory problems In diffusion: respiratory disorders Environment This mixture can be used in diffusion during winter to purify the air and clear the respiratory tract.

TIPS

Pour 1 to 2 ml into the diffuser glassware or 15 to 20 drops into a nebulizer. Apply a few drops in the palm of your hands and rub; inhale slowly and deeply through each nostril 3 to 4 times, placing your hands to form a mask.
